    This week, my wonderful aunt sent my sister and I this resource, Psychological First Aid for Frontline Health Care Providers. I decided to take a quick peek, even though I didn’t really think I needed it. After all, I was “fine”! Holy man was I wrong.     How I Learned to Love Running

    Running is definitely my favourite form of exercise, but it hasn’t always been this way… I used to dread going for runs.  I am not a naturally good runner; I am neither fast nor good at long distances. But it is by far the most accessible form of exercise. You can do it anywhere, in any city, and there is no class or membership fee.     Yoga With Adriene Has Your Back

    How is everyone feeling? With all that is going on with the COVID-19 outbreak, I wanted to share one of my favourite at home stress relievers – Yoga with Adriene videos on YouTube. Adriene’s videos have seen me through some tough times. When I was stressed studying for my licensing exams, I would go to the library all day, come home, have my daily “date” with Adriene, go to bed, then repeat it all the next day.
