    What Have You Learned From Quarantine?

    It has certainly been a challenging, but important year so far. I was discussing with friends the other day that as much as staying at home due to COVID has been tough, I have learned some very valuable lessons. I would love to hear what you have learned from staying home. 1- The biggest one for me has been to slow the F down. Pre-quarantine, every weekend my husband and I had something booked. And while many of those things were very fun and important, we had lost the balance of having some down time. Having a weekend off, with not much planned, is so important. It lets you recharge…
