How is everyone feeling? With all that is going on with the COVID-19 outbreak, I wanted to share one of my favourite at home stress relievers – Yoga with Adriene videos on YouTube. Adriene’s videos have seen me through some tough times. When I was stressed studying for my licensing exams, I would go to the library all day, come home, have my daily “date” with Adriene, go to bed, then repeat it all the next day. Adriene’s video’s always felt like hanging out with a friend and were a bright spot in my day.
Looking to do an awesome workout at home? Having trouble sleeping? Feeling stressed or anxious? Adriene and your yoga-mat have your back. Yoga with Adriene is by far the best free at-home yoga I have found. While some other online yoga instructors can be a bit “out-there” for me, I find Adriene hilarious and down to earth.
At a time where many of us may need to workout from home or are in need of some stress relief, these videos are a great solution. Here are some of my favourites that I come back to over and over:
